Help us raise to funds to repair our courts

In September 2015 my husband Gavin Yip and I took over the management of Richmond Tennis Centre.

Since taking over, we have made upgrades to the facilities and the running of the centre. We take great pride in what we do and have an unwavering passion to teach kids and adults alike the joys of playing tennis, sportsmanship, and community pride.

The most pressing issue of fixing and upgrading the courts requires more money than we have been able to raise, not through lack of trying, we seem to hit a roadblock at every turn and are being told by State and Local Government representatives that they do not have the funds to make these vital repairs.

Richmond Tennis centre is owned by Hawkesbury City Council and leased to Hawkesbury District Tennis Association (HDTA). HDTA sub lease the centre to us, Inside The Lines Tennis Academy.

Out of the 14 courts , we have 3 courts that are in need of immediate repair and 2 of them are not useable at all due to the risk of injury to players.

One of the main income streams for our business as well as a great opportunity to showcase our local tennis stars is hosting tournaments. We had four tournaments approved last year from Tennis Australia, this year they have reduced it to one because they have concerns about the playing surfaces.

The money we raise will be used to repair and replace as many courts as we can afford.

Please help us raise the money so that we can continue our work and play your part in helping to raise the next generation of tennis champions.

Words alone cannot express how grateful we are to receive your donation.

Thank you,

Ann-Maree & Gavin
