The Hawkesbury District Tennis Association (HDTA) is a not-for-profit organisation, which was established in 1923. HDTA leases Richmond Tennis Centre from Hawkesbury City Council.
Inside The Lines Pty Limited (ITL) was established in September 2015 and is owned and operated by Gavin and Ann-Maree Yip. Since ITL’s inception ITL has been operating out of Richmond Tennis Centre and runs the day-to-day operations of the Centre.
Both HDTA and ITL are responsible for the maintenance, repair and general upkeep of the centre, including, but not limited to the court surfaces and fencing, gardens, lighting, both internal and external, the pro shop and clubhouse.
As you may have seen, work to upgrade the courts has already commenced but we need your financial support to help us finish these vital improvements.
All monies raised during tournaments, through fundraising events, donations and sponsorship arrangements are used to improve and maintain the facilities, which directly benefits not only our members, but also the wider community. It supports the next generation of players we have at Richmond, and importantly ensures the club continues to be a success for future generations.
Tennis is part of our national sporting and cultural heritage. The significance of tennis in Australia extends far beyond the pursuits of our elite tennis players. The sport contributes strongly to the social cohesiveness of our community and it provides a safe and healthy sporting and social environment for all ages and abilities. Tennis is truly a sport for life and a sport for all.
Our primary sponsorship packages are listed below. We are open to discussions with Individuals and Businesses that may wish to take up more than one of these options or have an alternative offer, we are extremely grateful for all the support we receive.
Entry & Exit Signs
Annual Cost: $2,000 per sign
Size: 660mm x 660mm (NB. These signs must be reflective)
Front of Court Signs
Annual Cost: $500 per court OR 1 sponsor advertises on 14 courts for $7,000
Size: 700mm x 1000mm
Back of Court Signs
Annual Cost: $400 per court OR pay for 3 courts and get 1 free
Size: 600mm x 900mm
14 x Umpires Chairs
Annual Cost: $200 per court (2 stickers per chair, front and back) OR 14 courts for $2500
Size: 400mm x 400mm (front and back)
Signage inside Clubhouse
Annual Cost: We have space inside the Clubhouse available for signage; the cost varies on the location and size of signage
Size: Varies – please contact us to discuss the options available
Advertising / promoting business / products / services via our websites and Facebook pages
Annual Cost: $100 per advertisement OR 1 advertisement a month for 12 months for $1,000.
Brochure Stands
Annual Cost: $250 – We will display your company’s product brochures or flyers in the main foyer of the clubhouse – max 250 brochures per annum
Size: A4 or DL
All of the prices quoted are for the cost of sponsorship only. The cost of the signs or flyers etc. (design, production and installation) is the responsibility of the sponsor, not HDTA or ITL.
